Growth marketing requires a data-driven strategy. As part of your team,
Marketri’s Fractional CMO crafts a tailored go-to-market plan focused on your
goals, eliminating wasteful spending. Utilizing the Marketri Momentum Model (M³)™,
they analyze challenges and opportunities, delivering an actionable growth
roadmap. Our proven approach propels accelerated growth.

Discovery &
Assessment

Your Fractional CMO takes a deep dive into your company and your industry, gaining the objective view we need to develop a research-driven marketing plan that achieves your goals. The M³ discovery process is tailored to your business, drawing from effective techniques like interviews with your clients and internal stakeholders, a competitor analysis, a SWOT analysis, a review of the industry landscape, and an assessment of your digital footprint.

Strategic Marketing &
Growth Plan

Your Fractional CMO leverages the discovery findings and analysis to develop a go-to-market plan that’s informed by research, grounded in strategy, and aligned with your goals. They craft a custom, actionable roadmap that outlines your ideal buyers and their personas, a strategic approach, targeted marketing tactics and channels, execution timeline, technologies and other resources, budget, and the key performance indicators (KPIs) we’ll measure against.
